Top Yard

A 14 stable American style block containing Monarch style 12’x12’ stables. The Top Yard also features automatic water drinkers, swivel mangers, hay racks, opening windows with perspex, as well as fitted kraigburgh rubber matting. Outside each stable is their own rug rail, bridle hook and saddle rack. Each stable has rug locker storage and tidy boxes for their own equipment as well as bridle and saddle racks in the alarmed tacktroom. The Top Yard also has a Storage room.

Middle Yard

Similar to Top Yard, but 7 stables have their own balcony view!

Again the Middle Yard is composed of a 14 stable American style block, with Monarch style 12'x12' stables. Each stable is equipped with Automatic water drinkers, Swivel mangers, Hay racks, Opening windows with Perspex, Fitted kraigburgh rubber matting, Rug rail, bridle hook & saddle rack, Rug locker storage & tidy boxes. The Middle Yard also has a Storage room.

Maternity Yard

The Maternity Yard is an historical name for this yard although we do not usually have any mares and foals here. These larger stables, and this block, may be available for rent as a whole! Please contact Anne on +44 (0) 1256 895599 for more information regarding availability.

The Maternity Yard is a 12 stable American style block, consisting of: 2 Monarch style 12’x12’ stables and 10 Monarch style 14’x12’ stables. Again, each stable is equipped with Automatic water drinkers, Swivel mangers, Hay racks, Opening windows with Perspex, Split level doors, Rug rail & bridle hook, Rug locker storage & tidy boxes. The Maternity Yard similarly has an Alarmed tack room and a Storage room.

Bothy Yard

The Bothy Yard is a traditional brick and flint 7 stable block. Each stable is equipped with Automatic water drinkers, Internal hay racks, Internal corner feed mangers. The Bothy Yard also has separate tack and storage room.

Top and Bottom new Yards

The Top and Bottom new Yards are Emergency stabling, if required. They consist of 18 stable American barn style 10’ x 10’ boxes and 12 stable American barn style 10’ x 10’ boxes, and feature Automatic water drinkers, Tie up rings, as well as separate tack and storage room.
